You will see in the light of the first sun a area staked out and roped off to the north of the smithy where some workers are currently working at digging a pit. You can see the mage Lywenta standing there as they work watching them. She is dressed in a all black robe with a hood. The hood is down allowing her long white hair to flow down her back and over her shoulders. She seems to be thinking of something.
After breakfast, I prep up Colour Spray and then, upon hearing about the dig, I'll go check it out. Observing quietly, I anticipate some kind of construction magic. If she seems open to conversation, I will ask "Is there anything I can do to assist?"
She smiles at you and tells you to just stand back as the workers step to one side she mumbles some words and the north wall of the hole suddenly is enclosed in a wall of stone that comes up about two feet above the hole too. The workers head to the two ends to make sure the ends are clear of dirt where they wish the walls to be.
After observing for a bit, I'll say "Looks like a quick way to build. I'll have to figure that one out someday, too. If you need anything, I'll be working in my room." And go back to creating the magic items I'm working on. Later in the day at dinner, Ill speak to Jason "Any idea when we will need to go out again? I'm thinking that maybe one of us should go with scouting groups and get an idea of what's going on, regularly. Even if we alternate who goes out each day, it'll be better than sitting in here and waiting for the next horde. Unless the Lord has something else in mind for us?"
"So, your the Great Lywenta." I bow my head slightly, "I've seen you around, but I can't say I've had an actual introduction. I'm Jonathan of CHI-Town, land of skyscrapers." I say with a grin. "We all know how much of repelling that orc invasion was due to your efforts and I for one am grateful."
Travis, also goes out and sees Lywenta, at work. He stands back observing not getting in the way.
He sees Jonathon, and Grant.
"Does anyone, need some potions of invisibility made for them,"? He asks.
"The only catch, is I would need someone to go out with me and help collect the specific herbs," he adds.
"I know exactly where to find the plant, it's near where some of us went skinny dipping," he adds.
"In a minute." I say not wanting to break off my conversation with Lywenta before she had a chance to respond.
Out of Character: Checking on the place makes me confident that we'll have that hang out sooner rather than later and can discuss things as a group more.
Lywenta looks at Jonathan. "I am not all that great I do what I can to help with the defense of the Lord and his stronghold. I do what is expected of me to make sure he stays alive. My life is his when he wishes it."
