GEORGETOWN, Guyana: Sugar manufacturer Guyana Sugar Corporation (Guysuco) has denied reports that there is sugar shortage and a price increase of the commodity. Guysuco, which operates eight factories in five estates, grows, mills, and bags genuine brown sugar.
