Biden: There may have been a better outcome had the US not launched a war on Iraq:

US Vice President Joe Biden on Friday said that there may have been a better outcome had former US President George W. Bush's administration not launched a war against Iraq due to the huge losses and injuries that the US army suffered because of the war. Ref. Source 8

Why didn't Biden clap during Netanyahu's speech?

Glenn played the audio from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's tremendous speech to Congress yesterday in which he stood firm defending Israel and their borders. Netanyahu also pointed out that Jerusalem will never be divided -- a line that drew large applause from the crowd, except for one: Vice President Joe Biden. Why didn't the VP bother to clap on that one? Glenn has the audio and answer on radio today. Ref. Source 1

Biden is at it again. Here is his latest:

Tea Partiers are terrorists? Don't tell that to union thugs and Louis Farrakhan

Vice President Biden has reportedly called the Tea Party terrorists. MSNBC practically defines them the same way (with zero evidence). But there's complete silence when Louis Farrakhan says the Ft. Hood shooter isn't the terrorist, no, it's the American soldiers who are the terrorists. Yes, he actually said that. Does that make his mosque a radical one? You'd think - but so far: crickets.  Ref. The irony in this is that Pres. Obama recently attacked the Texas Governor, now running for President also by saying he should chose his words more wisely. Looks like he needs to tell that to Biden first.

Vice President Biden: Fighting for our 'right to exist'

Getting less media attention than the Hoffa comments but perhaps more striking was Vice President Joe Biden's warnings when addressing a union audience. The VP very clearly said he was not joking when he told them that 'our right to exist' is at stake and they (unions) are the 'only folks keeping the barbarians from the gates' and it was up to them to stop the 'onslaught' coming from the Tea Party. 'Don't screw with me' Joe Biden keeps playing the r-pe card (video)

Jason Mattera has made a habit of doing what journalists should be doing but don't - ask the tough questions. Mattera's latest video is a question he was able to pose to the Vice President about his recent accusation that if the GOP doesn't pass the jobs bill rapes will rise. Biden's defense is quite comical as he basically says 'hey, I didn't say that. Here's what I said' and then repeats what he says he didn't say. Follow? Ref. Source 2

Biden apologizes to Obama over gay marriage flap

Obama told ABC's Good Morning America that he had planned to endorse gay marriage at a later date, but Biden's comments prompted a change of plans. Biden "probably got out a little bit over his skis, but out of generosity of spirit," Obama said. Ref. Source 1

Vice President Joe Biden says he'll give recommendations to President Obama by Tuesday on how to reduce gun violence.

Biden is heading a task force that is meeting with numerous groups this week, including some for and some against stricter gun controls. He is scheduled to sit down with representatives of the National Rifle Association later today.

On Wednesday, Biden said Obama is exploring whether executive orders could help prevent mass shootings.

The new look at gun violence in America came about as a result of the December 14 massacre in Newtown, Connecticut, that left 27 people dead -- 20 of them elementary school children. Ref. CNN
