I would not pay any more for this fertilizer then I would for composted cow manure. I am not real fussy on the idea that it is not composted as you might inherit a ton of weeds.
I do think they have the right idea though as I am sure it would be good fertilizer and they likely have to pay to get rid of it other wise and it could be better used to off set operational costs for the zoo. I will have to look into what our zoo does. I have a truck and I am not afraid to stoop and scoop. I use compost from the mushroom farm all the time.
