NASSAU, Bahamas (BIS): Interim Director of the National Emergency Management Agency, Commander Stephen Russell partially activated the National Emergency Operations Centre as the Bahamas braced for Hurricane Hanna. On Saturday, Commander Russell galvanized a “core team” of personnel.
