Finding a job

As I came of age, I had to chose a starting profession, for in order to establish myself in th world, I needed capital. With a goal of leadership, I felt that learning languages and translating would aid in my endeavors, and it has. Though finding specific work for such skill seems difficult in the Town. I spend my days, when I need coin, in tedious work transcribing decrees. How I long for the thrill of assisting in a negotiation, or assuaging a conflict through words. Perhaps someday…
