He's losing a sponsor and a teammate, but Montoya remains convinced things are headed in the right direction at Chip Ganassi Racing.

He's lost both of his teammates and his primary sponsor, yet Juan Pablo Montoya remains staunchly committed to car owner Chip Ganassi.
