GEORGETOWN, Guyana: President Bharrat Jagdeo will be Guyana’s representative at several exclusive international fora beginning this weekend with the global creative leadership summit and concluding in Tianjin, China at the world economic forum. The Guyanese leader said he was honoured to be invited.
