BRIDGETOWN, Barbados: Former Barbados Prime Minister, Owen Arthur has arrived in Maldives to head a Commonwealth Observer Group to observe the first ever Presidential election to be held in that country. Arthur said in a statement that the task of the Commonwealth Observer Group was to observe and report.
