Reuters - A global AIDS vaccine conference this week will seek fresh strategies against the HIV virus, with experts weighing the value of basic laboratory research against large-scale human clinical trials after a string of disappointments.

Even though there are doubts the fact that they seem to be heading down the correct path is great news. Given time I believe they can find a vaccine to protect against Aids or HIV. Once that is done we may see the end to people with Aids.

I do hope this gets the world wide recognition and pushed throughout the world. Its amazing to think that if used, it could eradicate the virus in South Africa within 5 years. I agree with KNtoran, this is heading in the right direction. And will give hope to millions of infected people across the globe.
