GEORGETOWN, Guyana (GINA): Minister of Transport and Hydraulics, Robeson Benn Sunday refuted the report published in Kaieteur News Sunday's edition, which stated that existing traffic control systems in Guyana are unsafe. He expressed disappointment that no reporter from the newspaper contacted his Ministry.
