BRIDGETOWN, Barbados: Barbados Prime Minister, David Thompson announced that he will seek a resolution in the House of Assembly to raise Bds$1 billion (US$500 million) to pay off a number of government's outstanding bills. Thompson will be seeking the money through an issuing of treasury bills.
