Mama's Boy Boxer
A true story: In England two boxers are fighting in the ring. One is a black boxer and the other white (I mention that only so you know which boxer I am referring to). The white boxer is winning the fight and really hurting the black boxer. In one round the white boxer even knocks him to the ground. When he gets up the white boxer backs him into a corner and starts hitting left, right, left then right and the black boxer seemed helpless to defend himself. Then all of a sudden the black boxer's mother (an old lady) gets on ring with a shoe (probably hers) and starts hitting the white boxer in the back of the neck. The white boxer tries to avoid her blows while at the same time raising his hands in the air thinking he has won because the black boxer's mother disqualified black boxer by coming on the ring.
After the old lady is taken from the stage the referee turns to the white boxer and tells him to continue to fight with the black boxer to which the white boxer is shocked and refuses to fight. The referee then goes to the black boxer's side of the ring where he is still semi-conscious and raises his hand in victory. Everyone in the crowd is going crazy by now and throwing things on the ring because of the decision - what do you think?
WOW! That is crazy! I thought I was a protective mom! I am thinking that the white boxer should of won--it seems the fight would have been disqualified when she entered into the ring...I am assuming he only picked the black boxer because the white one refused to continue fighting? The whole story is crazy!
Rigged it was rigged I tell ya! Very strange in deed the white boxer should have won, due to interference. I just do not understand why he did not step up to the plate and finish the beating he was administering to the black boxer. Perhaps he thought it was the gentlemanly thing to do since he was obviously winning.
