GEORGETOWN, Guyana: Foreign Trade and International Cooperation Minister Henry Jeffery has maintained his determination to resign as a minister in the Guyana government this year, and has, from January 1, quit the job. Jeffery told the local media in October of 2008 that he was prepared to leave at any time.
