WASHINGTON, USA: The Department of Sustainable Development (DSD) of the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (OAS), with the support of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank), launched on Monday the Caribbean Emergency Legislation Project (CELP).
