GEORGETOWN, Guyana: The governing People’s Progressive Party/Civic successfully challenged a motioned presented by the main opposition People’s National Congress Reform on the live and unedited broadcast of Guyana's Parliamentary sittings, saying that the motion had come “before its time.”
