Jamaica employees agree to 20pct pay cut to save jobs

KINGSTON, Jamaica: In a move to save lay offs, employees of Berger Paints in Jamaica have decided to take a 20 percent pay-cut as from Monday. This move was made against the background of several local companies implementing cost cutting measures, including staff redundancy.
