KINGSTON, Jamaica (OPM): Prime Minister Bruce Golding said on Tuesday that the Jamaican government has secured commitments for almost US$1 billion from multilateral sources through to the end of March, as it seeks to maximise the flow of foreign exchange despite the downturn in foreign currency earnings.
