WASHINGTON, USA (Reuters): The US government widened its legal assault on tax dodgers with secret offshore accounts on Thursday by suing UBS AG to try to obtain the names of thousands of the Swiss bank's rich US clients. The lawsuit came just a day after UBS agreed to pay $780 million.
