ST THOMAS, USVI: A joint mission, entitled “Operation Toast 2009”, led by the Special Investigations Division (SID) of the US Virgin Islands Department of Justice and the Virgin Islands Police Department on Tuesday, resulted in the destruction of $3.5 million worth of illegal drugs.
