As far as I know unless its an emergency you have to make a call in appointment. Best thing to do is call the immigration office.

Comments: Service at Sangre Grande is awful and unprofessional! There's no telephone service and not enough info on the website! No opening hours either. I have made two attempts to collect my passport which entails a long commute which could have been avoided with just a phone call!
