KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The Jamaican national budget has been increased by JA$9 billion from $547.7 billion to $556.7 billion. The Budget was presented in the Parliament on Thursday by Finance Minister Audley Shaw, who promised to make some amendments. Shaw announced the much speculated gasoline tax.
