CHARLESTOWN, Nevis -- Minister of Communications in the Nevis Island Administration (NIA), Carlisle Powell and General Manager of West Indies Power (WIP) Ltd, Rawlinson Isaac pitched their plan of selling a supply of geothermal energy produced in Nevis to the US Virgin Islands (USVI).
