I have been on vacation this past week. The week before was pretty busy getting ready for vacation and next week will probably be busy catching up. I haven't abandoned you. In fact, I have been reading the posts, just not replying to them.

I am not in love, although I have been having a regular e-mail correspondence with someone in Oregon.

The distance is what makes it comfortable for the both of us. We know there is no pressure. We can just be ourselves and not worry about saying something that will lead the other to read more into the situation than is really there. I am on record as saying I can't imagine moving away from my grandson any time soon and he certainly can't move for another two years until his youngest is out of high school.
