That's just semantics, dear. Don't try to change the subject! Have you found someone who intrigues you? Does he ride a motorcycle??

It makes me happy that

I feel the same way as you about how dark it gets. I wish we stayed on daylight savings time year round.
This is from your post to Malexander's rave thread.

Also on the Lite Forum you said you like the heat and would like to try out Arizona.
Well Arizona doesn't fool around with the *Spring Ahead* and *Fall Back* with the time. No Daylight Savings Time. It is also warm here. Come for a visit.

According to WeatherBug as of 5:55 PM today the Temperature was 64.4degrees F.

Casa Grande is experiencing a housing spurt and business growth spurt! I can not get over the amount of homes that are being built ~ $100,000.00 and up homes. They are beautiful! Too big for me, but they are purchased nearly as fast as the foundations are being set up!!

Thank you Agene for the weather update. I am jealous. It is cold in Massachusetts! I really hate the cold. We are supposedly going to get a small amount of snow tomorrow night. My motorcycle hasn't been put away yet. I am going to have to get it in the shed somehow, but it still has the lawn mower and leaf bagger in there, so I can't see how I will get it to fit. At least the pool is closed up for the winter. Now, if I could only get the leaves picked up!

I really miss the forum, but things have been unbelievable busy in my life and at work. I try to check in every now and again so that I don't lose complete touch with what is happening. I still consider you guys my friends, and I miss you.

Funbikerchick Introduction

Things are still extremely busy. I am on-line now only because I am on hold with Veritas...the backup software company for my network. I haven't had a successful backup since upgrading back on November 26. I have called them at least 3 maybe 4 times since. Each time, they have me do something else, but so far things are still not working. There is nothing to cause more stress than the lack of reliable backups. Especially since the users here delete and overwrite files on a regular basis!

Not a lot happening otherwise. I am too busy for anything else other than work and an occasional bout of housework or yardwork. I did get to take my grandson to see Santa and then to see the Polar Express on Saturday. That was a nice diversion from all the stress.

Thanks for checking.

Tena, I read your post about retireing that you want somewhere warm, like Florida. Heck, Arizona is warm, it is downright hot. And there aren't the hurricanes that Florida has. Come check out the winters here.

Check this site out: https://www.city-data.com/city/Casa-Grande-Arizona.html
you can put any city/state in and find out the stats to it. Click on all of the links, there are lots of facts.

The problem with Arizona is it's location. The east coast is where my family is. I want to remain on the east coast because it makes it easier to stay in touch. Different time zones can make communication a challenge. In addition, the shorter travel distance makes it cheaper and easier to visit relatives once I retire.
