*rant on* I have spent the past 40 minutes on hold with Nextel. What a pain. We have been trying for more than 1 1/2 months to port one of our cell phone numbers from work from that account to another provider. This is why we pay that fee every month for portability, yet Nextel makes it near impossible to use the service. I think it is intentional! As soon as my contract with them is up, I will not be a Nextel customer again. I don't know who I will choose, but it won't be Nextel. *rant off*
Anyway, as I waste my time on hold waiting to talk to a person, I can do nothing else...at least it gives me time to surf here.

So I guess there is always a bright side to just about every situation. We just need to look for it.
