I do not put a lot on encumberance but I do make note of what all your carrying. If you have a lot of items and only a halfling I will tell you that your over encumbered and need to lose some items. For instance. I will not thin many halflings can carry platemail with a longsword and a tower shield along with a basic supply of adventuring gear in a back pack along with 4,000 gold pieces. I would say that this halfling is over encumbered. If you take in the size of your character and all they are carrying you will get the hang of what they can and cannot safely carry.

Provokastora do you want to play a CE character when most of the others are of good alignment? You need to place your hit points and any equipment you have.
You will have to use the extend spell feat not the prodigy.
