Out of Character: don't forget that we got the CLW wands for a reason. They're a lot cheaper to use than the potions when you can afford to wait for them. (The difference between 15 gp and 50 adds up pretty quickly when spamming healing).

The Wild Whisper says...Out of Character: : If Bastion, Avan, Fluffles, and Ildrahil can finish off this fighting this round, then Albrecht can spread the rest of the healing he just rolled to the rest of the group and get everyone back up to fighting condition.

Born Free says...Out of Character: Shouldn't you keep that for when its really needed or did no one get healing potions? I think the worst is still to come but I have something secret I will use as soon as I see 'it'.

The Wild Whisper says... Out of Character: We have some more strong healing potions, but the point of these wands is to be quick and cheap out of combat healing. They suck for when someone is getting wailed on, but after that, they do a decent job of healing you up and it doesn't break the bank.

Out of Character: We all have healing potions (Or the nearest equivalent in my case), and yes, I'd agree that he ought to save spell slots.
But he's not casting spells, he's using the cure light wounds wand, which is just as effective, but a lot cheaper than drinking said potions.
