Tobo has been having a strange feeling in his gut. It almost felt wrong to him after the robery. The thrill of using his skills against unknown odds was great. After that he has started thinking of the person he stole from. Wondering if that feeling might be true.
Tobo then remembers Falco saying something to him that stuck in his head about using magic and turning invisible. Maybe he could become a wizard, he always wanted to but never thought he could actually do it until now. It would be like in his dreams, flying and teleporting.
* The image sticks in Tobo's mind, he cannot shake this new fascination. *
You lower the bucket with the sun rod in it down into the well. You can see that the first 20 feet of the well is lined with bricks. After that it is bedrock that has been broken up to reach the water. You can see the water only about 30 feet from the surface.
Tobo lowers the bucket to the surface of the water, then ties off the well rope (attached to the bucket). He then climbs down the rope, checking the walls for secret doors. He taps on the walls with his dagger handle in random places, listening for a hollow sound.

You can not find or see any secret passageways under the water in the well. You do see a small looking pipe about a fingers thickness (human finger) on once side of the well. It seems to stick out only a inch or two and it is about 5 feet under the water surface.
Tobo tries to pull or push on it to see if it is some type of lever. He is very curious never seing something like this before. If that doesn't work he tries to blow threw it then, breathe threw it. If that fails he returns to the surface and climbs up the rope. Unties the rope he secured and winds the bucket back to the surface. He then takes his sun rod and wanders around the strange tower that Falco mentioned as being a magical center.
You can not push or pull the pipe. It does not move up or down. You blow into it and ten you try to breathe water. he gasping and choking makes you have to grab the bucket to keep from drowning. You lose grip on the sun rod and watch as it sinks deep into the water.
You slowly pull yourself out of the well and seek something easier like a magical tower.
The tower is tall one of the tallest towers in the city. It is round and the rock is smooth no hand holds at all. there are some windows high above but none within the first 30 feet. There is only one doorway and it is just a plain wooden door.
