I think that while North Korea poses a threat, its not too bad as they don't yet possess ICBM's yet.
The pandemic has caused a lot of diversion in what we know from the news BUT I feel it is giving North Korea a lot of leeway to continue with their diabolical plans and nuclear weapons.
