KINGSTON, Jamaica (JIS) -- Minister of Finance and the Public Service, Audley Shaw, says that it is irresponsible to suggest that the government has had nothing to do with the success of Jamaican athletes. He was responding to a "disappointing" statement made by "a member of the track and field community"
