Sofi Oksanen wins Nordic literature prize

The Nordic Council said Tuesday it would award this year's Nordic literature prize to Sofi Oksanen, a Finnish author, for her novel Puhdistus.
The award ceremony is to take place in Reykjavik in Iceland in November.
