The Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO) and the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) have signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA), which sets in motion the health care insurance coverage of World War II veterans and their families.

PVAO Administrator Ernesto Carolina and Philhealth President and CEO Rey Aquino MD led the signing of the agreement held at Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City.
