Conservative activists wrapped up a three-day conference Saturday with a straw poll won by Kentucky Republican senator Rand Paul. Paul won 31% of the vote cast by delegates to the Conservative Political Action Conference, while Texas GOP senator Ted Cruz finished second with 11%. Ref. USAToday
