Wolter will continue to attack until this thing is dead. THen we need to gather what supplies are around and get over to the city as fast as possible. If possible Wolter will get the club and use that since he is in melee range.

After some lucky hits and without taking too much further damage you disppense of the beast, gather some rations and march out,
You cross another worker on the way but make quick mess of him.
After just over a days travel you arrive at the large gates of the large mining town.

Glad to be in a city and out of the desert Wolter will check all they have and see if there is something he can buy to make him a little harder to hit.

Feroz stays near Wolter, thoughts of getting a spell book keep ringingbin his head. Feroz also wonders what has become of Thor his toad familiar.

The guards call down to you, "you two look like filth and its our job to keep the town clean, now if you could prove you had some coin.... We could let you pass in the knowlage your just having a bad day..."

A little further down on the wall you notice another guard making some exchanges with a bare chested brutish half orc, its hard to tell at the distance but a familar pattern seems to adorn his back.

Wolter will call up to the guard. I am sorry sir but we have been traveling long and hard to just reach this place. We have been beset upon and I have lost part of my hand keeping ourselves alive. If we could enter and get cleaned up it would be kind of you. IF not then this city is not as hospitable as travelers have given it credit for and we will be on our way.
