FMI warns sultry weather poses health risks

The Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI) warned Saturday that high temperatures might cause serious health problems for at-risk groups. Most parts of the country are expected to see daytime temperatures climb beyond 30 degrees Celsius Monday through Wednesday, with night lows of more than 20 degrees. The FMI normally does not issue health warnings but considered the advice necessary given the unusually long heatwave. Source: Helsinki Times
