There are some very good tips in there. I know it is very hard on the spouse, child or even parents of a deployed soldier. Having a support system in place for the family members left behind is a good way to help the family cope. I know it helps the soldier while he/she is over seas knowing that his/her family is being well looked after while they do their job during a deployment.
