I just did a big cosmetic update to Achinelli Genealogia and took out a lot of unnecessary content. Now you can see very clearly which section is English / Spanish, etc.
That's a nice site I wish I could get something together like this but it looks like a time consuming task and I'm lazy right now. Are those pictures of lds_forever in the cute costume?
Clara, yes that's me with a traditional Argentina costume dancing when I was a little girl. That day I was very sick with a high fever but I wanted to dance anyways so I went to school that day.
That's so cool. You don't look sick but the photo is a bit blurred so I can't tell. Have you been doing genealogy for a long time? I want to get started but I don't know where to start and have a lazy streak going.
No, I haven't been doing it for a long time. I was always interested in genealogy since I was little but had little help/support to do it but thank God I married someone very involved on this. I created a book with all my genealogy and info.
If you are serious about it, you should try to collect as much information as possible and go back as far as you can and record it all.
I found a very interesting information about the first Achinelli that possibly came to South America. Since it is in Spanish I will try to translate some of it:
The Achinelli Genealogy site is now fully responsive and renovated for better viewing with some slight updates to the information there.
I am searching for Achinelli from Corrientes, Argentina. Would be interested to share info. I was doing my search already for 4 years and have a lot of information, but also missing some information.
