There are those who believe that there are people in power in the US who are working hard to take away the rights and freedoms of the people. All I know is that it's not going to be adopted by all contries. That's just the nature of people and the differences between them (or pride, but I think it has less to do with that in this case). Whether it should be... I don't know. I consider it a nice piece of parchment, but frankly I don't see how it would change much of anything in other contries, though I don't know much about other contries' political systems. If anything like that was to be introduced, I could only imagine the amount of rioting that would go on because of people being worried about their "lifestyles being changed." People get scared when too many changes are introduced, and this is true of more than 75% of the population of the world.

I think that the people have to support whatever government they want for there country. America had a revolution. They paid for it. It is respected even in our family history. I dought many countries would be up for the challenge of loosing their lives for a few freedoms. And I think this country had some outside help from a higher power. If you look at the war of 1812 against the English(2nd revolution). there is no way we should have won that war. Washington was abandoned and the only thing that stoped English troops from completely destroying it was a freak hurricane and a tornado that ripped through the column of troops and put out fires at just the right place at just the right time. There was a lot of other stories that didn't make since during that war. England had the best military in the world at that time. The American military were mostly malitia. I think democracy is inspired by a higher power. These days if you are an American and you think you are living in a democracy you better check again, because it is stemming towards socialism. At best we are living in a republic.

The Constitution is a wonderful document that contains the deep thinking of some very wise men. I look at the Constitution as a Mission Statement (sorry too much work lately) and a very detailed one at that. However, the gentlemen that created the document and structure of the government were smart enough to realize that maybe they did not have all the answers and that times would indeed change, thus they provided for flexibility of the document (amendments). There really have not been THAT many changes to the Constitution. The majority of them have dealt with better defining freedom for all (TODAY). Should it be used by other countries...probably not exactly used word for word. Should it be taken into consideration...I would say definitely.
