Game Talgaroth Dragons and Dungeons

As Glem begins to cast his spells, the necromancer does as well. An eary darkness spreads over the camp, and the sand begins to move underneath Glem's feet. Slowly the sand begins to part and skeletons pull themselves out of their own graves. As Glem finishes casting his spells, he hears shouts from the camp, and the skeletal warriors near him charge forth.

Glem follows and immediately a viscious melee begins. The advantage seems to not be swaying to either side. But, the fallen Dral-Tek begin to rise as puppets of the necromancer.

Glem is charged by 3 Dral-Tek warriors. The first lunges at him with a scimitar, but his swing falls short. The second lunges at him with a spear cutting Glem's leg slightly (Take 1 damage). The third swings a club from behind a sheild, but Glem manages to deflect the blow with his scythe. He swings at the one with the scimitar, easily sweeping his legs out from under him with his scythe blade and them digging the blade into his chest. A skeleton tackles the spear weilding one and begins to beat and claw at his face.

The club weilding man swings again, but yet again to now avail. Glem quickly finishes him off.

---------

The night passes uneventfully, and the caravan prepares to leave in the morning. But, right as everyones tents are about packed up, a guard on watch yells out that there is something on the horizon.

Game Talgaroth Dragons and Dungeons

(Out of Character:: I had a rather busy weekend as well sad.gif Out of Character:)

The figure appears to be the one that attacked Krusten earlier. (I assume Krusten would order the men to fire, please correct me if I am wrong when you get back.)
Krusten yells for the archers to fire, but only a few arrows fly and a soldier can be heard saying that there is no need to waste too many arrows on one man. Three arrows strike the figure, 2 bounce off its armour, but the third penetrates. The armoured figure isn't even slowed. Krusten yells for them to fire again, and this time everyone looses their arrows. The figure falls to the hail of arrows, and now appears to be like a porcupine with all of the arrows through it.

----------

Glem charges into the fray and is quickly able to kill 2 more enemy soldier, but one of them managed to wound him slightly (take 2 damage). Then, Glem can see the the Dral-Tek Captain that he betrayed. As he rises to charge, an arrow thuds into his shoulder blade and he staggers backwards (take 4 damage).

Arrows are flying everywhere and Glem is forced into some cover in the form of a dead horse. His wounds are taking their toll on him.

D&D 3.5 Tal'garoth Game

Under cover, Glem casts Guidance and Virtue.

hp: 9 + 1 temp
bane: 7 turns left
magic weapon: 8 turns left
entropic shield: 9 turns left
virtue: 10 turns left

(This assumes he cast entropic shield at the start. If not he casts it now).

Glem uses Command Undead(cleric ability) to command a skeleton to charge at the captain, then he himself charges at Geirill.
Command undead (D20 -2 (cha))= 2 - 2 = 0. :-(

Attacks (+5 +1): (13+1), 16, 9, 20 (These are pretty bad, please don't forget -1 enemy AC from Bane)
Damage (+6 +1): 12, 9, 15, 10

AS SOON AS Geirill is badly wounded Glem uses his Death Touch ability.
Touch attack: 13 + 5 = 18
2D6 "damage": 12 biggrin.gif

If Glem is hurt badly, he runs back into cover.

D&D 3.5 Tal'garoth Game D&D / Pathfinder Archive - Page 33

Glem isn't able to command the skeleton. He charges Geirill, who begins to yell a serious of curses at him. Their weapons clash and each persons defenses appear to be impenatrable. Suddenly Geirill looses his footing on a dead skeleton and Glem slashes him viscously with his scythe. Geirill screams and lunges forward with his scimitar cutting deep into Glem's chest. (Take 7 damage.) Glem, even though he is weakened drops his scythe and casts death touch on Geirill as he is recovering from swinging his weapon.

Geirill's body goes limb and slumps to the ground.

----------

As Krusten's dog get's closer, the body bursts into flames and completely dissapears, except for its weapon. Krusten walks over to it and picks it up. It has a serious of odd looking markings on it and the material it is made out of appears to be very crude. The edges are dull as well.
