The most important thing that I can use to define a *Good* web site is organization and navigation. The use of any web site for whatever the reason should be an experience that you do not dread to do again nor should you have to take notes on how to get something done. A good example of this type of good experience would be this site here. I say that because of all of the resources that are put into organizing and making everything accessible. The remote control for instance makes quick work of finding and using any feature available. The site map takes this in a little more simple of a step by putting all key components of the site into a layout that is easily glanced over.
