I have been meaning to ask you but always forget - were you born in Trinidad or just a citizen through a parent? The reason I ask is because you show the USA flag which symbolizes your native country or the country in which you are born and is different from current location.

Page 9 Introduction Malexander
I was never a Trinidad citizen. I was born in the US but my mother is a citizen, and moved back there after I was born. I lived there until I was 16 when I moved back to the US. So, I consider myself a US-Trinidadian, because I basically grew up there, and my life has been influenced by my experiences there. Hope that clears things up

Under the current act you can be pronounced a citizen upon landing (even though the US does not have dual citizenship) and your passport stamped to indicate such so long as you show your mother's birth certificate
