Reuters - EU finance ministers outlined a deal on Saturday for recapitalizing European banks, and the leaders of Germany and France said they hoped for a breakthrough in tackling the euro zone debt crisis at a summit on Wednesday.

I am sure if this did happen there would be many happy people. I guess I did not realize that the debt in these countries was so bad. I just know that Americans have a huge problem with credit and debt. I never realized that many of the other countries were having trouble as well.
