They make a lot more than 300% more than the average worker. It's sometimes 3000% more or more.

Yeah I know and that is why it looks like the companies can afford to pay the workers a lot more than they are being paid. There is no reason for a CEO to be making 7 to 8 figures while the workers barely make 50,000.

You and I agree on this 100%. It is flipping obscene what some CEOs make as compared to those who work for them. Don't get me wrong, I am all about the American and success. I'm all about hard work and education making you rich. But when a CEO gets paid tens of millions of dollars a year and doesn't really do anything for the bottom line of the company or simply send good US jobs to Indonesia… I'm not good wit that.

People like Bill Gates and Warren Buffett, they risked their life savings to build what they have. They earned their riches and did it by building companies. But a CEO who is getting paid in the tens of millions with a golden parachute that ensures vast wealth and comfort for the rest of his/her life even if the company goes to hell… that is BS. More so considering the poor slobs that work hard for them are scraping by and barely saving enough to build their 401k to the point where they can retire if Social Security is still around as long as they are willing to live like paupers when they do retire.
