Attack roll: 8 (maybe I should start trying to throw the daggers. The clubs bring bad luck!)

Byron will draw his rapier and run toward the street. Once around the corner, he stops and surveys the scene, preparing an attack in the event any hostile attacks him.

Zed and Byron round the corner to the street. The fleeing defender runs across the street, cutting into an alley and quickly disappearing. Forthan searches the unconscious defender at his feet, he finds a key to the manacles on his hands. After removing his manacles, he places them on the defender.


Quasar throws his second club, it hits a chair, which topples over.


"I will never surrender!" The Captain growls, the light of zealotry in his eyes. He strikes at Arathriel, misses, then strikes again. The second blow lands true, but at an odd angle, dealing 2 damage to Arathriel.


Arathriel attacks three times, his first blow misses as the captain ducks under it. The captain dodges the second attack as well. Your third attack lands true, chain striking the captain across his left eye. The captain screams, clutching hands to his face.


Kevon is still standing at the top of the stairs, he seems almost afraid.



End of Round Results - Round 3
Defender 1- Incapacitated - Gut wound, Dying
Defender 2- Injured - Left Shoulder, Bleeding, Fleeing
Defender 3- Unconcsious - No serious injury
Captain - Seriously Injured - Grease on Right Hand, having difficulty gripping weapons, Right Leg wounded, Left Arm wounded, Left Eye wounded

Party - Arathriel 7/9 HP No serious injury

Quasar will rummage in his backpack once again, this time to retrieve one of his daggers. With an enigmatic smile on his face, he will throw the dagger at the stubborn captain.

Attack roll: 1 (So is not the clubs. Is just that I don't get along with dice very much...)

Oinodaemon's "Into The Darkness" 3.5 RPG

Forthan will do a search of the defender to see if he has a key to the manacles on him plus make sure he has no weapons about him once he wakes up. If he has a key Forthan will remove the manacles and place them on the defender. He will relieve him of any valuables too. Once that is done Forthan will drag the defender into the alley back where he first met the others. After that is done he will se that any other defenders injured are taken to the same place. After making sure they are also manacled Forthan will bind any wounds.

Byron will glance at the man next to him and ask, "Well, do we follow him?" He will trust the man's judgement and act along with what he decides to do.
