Specific Action: Lars inspects the ship thoroughly, making sure he has an escape route in case of disaster. He tries very hard not to fall asleep.
Out of Character: Aose, I hope you don't mind putting a generic action for you and me. We're moving at a steady pace and I didn't want to lose the rhythm. Also thanks guys for putting the name of your character in your action, saves me having to type it in
In Character: Uhura hopes not to see that Amazonian again, but if she does she hopes to not be afraid this time.
Out of Character: Something is strange. I have the feeling that this mission is not a normal one: like Play said, is like being in the Matrix. The guards are scanning the IDs but, thinking of it, we never had one before and nobody ever asked for it so is not a normal feature in this future world. What if we didn't have one? Nathan would not be able to travel if he never met our employers?
Not only. They proposed us to disguise ourselves as documentary makers. If we work for a big firm (independent producers would never be able to afford a mission like the one we are embarking in), how comes we have to buy our tickets personally and using what should be our personal savings? Which real guard would ever buy a story like this?
Is like a dream, where absurd events make sense in the eyes of the dreamer. What a bad feeling I have!
In Character: Nathan feels disoriented. He expected more organization from a military group launching an expensive and demanding covert mission. "How it is possible that they overlooked so many vital details?", he asks to himself. He shivers, despite the tropical weather. We are the rats, he thinks. And, like every rat, we don't know which game we are playing but we have no choice: we must play!
Out of Character: Sorry Sgtlee! I was just done reading your post in medieval before I got here and "Aose" was still on my mind when I posted squad order. Funny what you said but not so funny if it really happens - I love Uhura too much!
In Character: Uhura tries to recall what she is supposed to know about the trip, her position and the disguise she is carrying. She starts to get nervous but now is not the time so she tries to compose herself.
Out of Character: You guys keep wanting to go to the toilet on this one. You really think we're just all going to die and that's it?
