Michelle Obama demeans troops: eat your veggies
Most people understand that America's soldiers are obviously some of the most physically fit people in the entire country. Their lives are actually dependent on skill derived from vigorous training and physical conditioning. But that didn't stop our fearless First Lady from marching into the mess hall and talking to America's best like a bunch of 6-year-old kids who won't eat their carrots. Could you imagine having the gall to tell any adult, let alone our soldiers who are out risking life and limb -- what to eat? Ref. Source 5

First lady Michelle Obama offered a personal perspective on why her husband should be re-elected, telling the Democratic convention that the same values she fell in love with guide him each day in the White House.
"In the end, for Barack, these issues aren't political -- they're personal," Mrs. Obama said in the final speech of the opening night. "Barack knows the American Dream because he's lived it, and he wants everyone, everyone in this country to have the same opportunity."

"Believe me, as a busy single mother- or, I shouldn't say single, as a busy mother. Sometimes, you know, when you've got a husband who is president, it can feel a little single. But he's there," Mrs. Obama told Vermont CBS affiliate WCAX.
"But as a busy working mom, and before coming to the White House, I was in that position, you know, as well. Working, driving kids to practice, not having enough time to shop or cook, not having the energy, you know, the resources weren't the issue but time and energy is key," she added. Source 8
