Davik, surprised at his sudden blindness, stumbles backwards (I assume he was at the front of the party), feeling behind him for the hands of his companions. "How long does this usually last, Ardo, if this is like your light coin, are we going to be permanently blind? This worries me."
Ardo fumbles around until he finds the figurine. Calling Ralph to his side from the aether, the dog is able to inform you that the hallway is brightly lit but empty. He doesn't sense any immediate threat.
With Ralph's help and the stone horses help, the party is able to find the closest wall and trace their path back to the double doors through which they entered the grand hallway.
Drethen blinks about and wonders how they can get past the hallway and the mirrors without being blinded for life. "I wonder if we use a hooded lantern if that will help us get through the hallway. Or maybe a covered coin with the light peaking out from only one direction?"
Out of Character: If Davik is no longer blind, he would like to look around for if anything triggered the light other than the magical light cast by the light coin. Does this fall under Find/Remove Traps?
"If we cannot dispel this," says Davik " We should move out of this room until it wears off. Perhaps we have triggered the trap and this will not reoccur when we reenter."
