"We know at least some of the skeletons. If you look at the halfling's head over there", Oberon points, "You will see an axe shaped cleave in its head that I will bet is an exact fit to Bamber's axe."
"I think setting camp above the door is a good bet. That elevation will give us a good view, and get us out of the way if the door opens."
"So we camp above. Do we leave these bodies all around in the open? I'm sure it will attract creatures at night. We will have to make some kind of defense around a camp possibly using some of those thorns to keep visitors out."
A quick inspection of the area above the door to the cave reveals that the area is the same rocky ground and covered in brambles with no clearing for a camp site. It would take several hours to clear a space large enough to service the entire party.
"Well, since it is midday, we have loads of time to clear a spot above the door. I'll start on that and does someone want to run those zombie parts down to the forest edge, or should we do that in a group?"
"This is not going to be any holiday, a couple of you can take care of the zombies and a couple of us can clear above the door. Really we do not need to fully lay down, its more about enough space to sit and lean on something like our packs."
Rethal will start dragging body parts over to the farthest edge away form the door and toss them into the brambles as fertilizer for the plants. He will keep an eye on the door and watch for anything trying to come through the brambles towards us.
Delgar joins Rethal in helping to move the remains of the zombies hoping to examine them for his research into how to animate the dead, he says "Let me help you rethal we can get it done faster if we work together" After the clean up is done he will make notes in his spell book about the zombies.
Ardo keeps clearing above the door, since it is early afternoon, he clears enough to make sure everyone can lie down if needed and to make sure they have some suitable positions for missile weapons to fire from.
