"Trump did something that nobody has done. He listened to the people," one caller said. We listened, too.
More than 10,000 voicemails have been left at CNN. They're still coming in with reactions ranging from "I feel like our country has gone 100 steps backward" to "It's time for a change ... The world is changing."

It was interesting watching a few of the main news networks cover the election and call it early Wednesday morning. As soon as one network called it for Trump, I was instructed that this is whitelash and that white racists had elected Trump. I kind of chuckled as I seem to remember our current president is at least 1/2 African.
However, over the course of the next 2-3 days, I get constantly bombarded with reports that continually disparaged for my vote. Actually, in reading the articles and listening to the reports, I basically find out that on that Tuesday, while I thought I was voting like they were, I was participating in Klan activities as a result of how I voted. Keep it up. I guarantee you will get a lot more results like this if you continue this path.
As for Hillary, she was just a really bad candidate with and enormous semi-trailor full of baggage and her loss was one by a 1000 paper cuts. For those that think we should let her off the hook for her issues, I really don't see it happening. I think the Trump Attorney General (Rumored to be Jeff Sessions) will pursue and complete the cases against her. I think she will be found guilty of at minimum some improprieties with money, the Clinton Foundation and access to the Secretary of State. My gut feeling is Trump will let it all play out. In the end, please look up the name Scooter Libby and that is my guess as to what will happen next. I don't believe that Trump gives her a pardon, but I can definitely see him commuting her sentence. This kind of abuse of the political system needs to be fully exposed and shutdown. Without a proper investigation, it will happen again and again and again.

Everyone is talking about the surprises in this election but you know what I can't wait to see if we survive the current term… what happens in the next election because that will be the real entertainment.

Actually, if Trump does what he said he was going to do in this 4yrs. I would look for way more democrats in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, etc… to vote for him and another term. I do agree though, with as much of an entertainment factor that he brought to the race, who would be his equal on either party to try and fill those shoes? People are passionate about him one way or the other that is for sure!

I saw Hillary giving her first speech after her concession, she looked terrible, had no makeup with big bags under her eyes. Her whole dream was pulled from her grasps by billionaire reality TV star that got his wish for power.

President-elect Donald Trump's administration will not pursue further investigations of Hillary Clinton's private email server or the Clinton Foundation, according to his former campaign manager Kellyanne Conway.
Trump's decision represents a significant break from a major campaign promise -- at the second presidential debate in early October, Trump threatened Clinton, saying that "If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation."
Conway said Clinton "Still has to face the fact that a majority of Americans don't find her to be honest or trustworthy," but added that "If Donald Trump can help her heal, then perhaps that's a good thing to do." Ref. CNN.
Well that's disappointing. It was the only campaign promise of his he made that was actually both desirable and believable to me. He made other desirable promises of course, but I think he has zero chance of being able to deliver them, especially by the methods proposed. Edited: daishain on 22nd Nov, 2016 - 3:00pm
He is protecting himself from tit for tat. He will be president but the Clintons have already been in the presidency and have connections. If he really were to go after them he will find himself in a lot of hot water.
